Emma Brady is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Investment Management practice which focuses on forming, structuring and drafting the offering documents for US and non-US private equity and hedge funds and advising such funds with respect to ongoing operational and regulatory matters. Emma assists investment managers in complying with regulatory and compliance matters arising under US law, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1934, and the Commodity Exchange Act of 1936. Emma also has significant experience representing investors in private funds and managed accounts as well as extensive public and private merger and acquisition experience.
