Biography
Valerie Ben-Or is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern’s corporate practice. Valerie has extensive experience advising clients on complex commercial transactions and governance matters including mergers, acquisitions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, fund formations, restructurings and divestitures of assets and divisions. Valerie represents a diverse group of clients, including single member limited liability companies, venture capital funds and institutional clients, in their corporate and transactional matters
Valerie received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2008 where she served as a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Society and, upon graduation, received the Philip K. Yonge Memorial Price award for exceptional achievement in commercial law.
